CNN: Taxi driver: Suspect in Bangkok shrine bombing was calm, didn’t seem Thai

Good reporting here: Thailand’s Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha appealed on Wednesday for the chief suspect in the bombing of a shrine in the heart of Bangkok to turn himself in to authorities.
